Negative Reviews
negative:
Some Shortcomings
Beds were not Queen sized as advertised. There were some problems with parking, as bays are not clearly marked and some guests proved to be inconsiderate in the way they left their vehicles. The Wi-Fi was a little patchy, but the lodges could be so much more, having lovely views, only a few of them had outside chairs to take advantage, guests felt that they are not really utilizing the best thing they have..the view. .
negative:
Indifferent
The staff gave something of an indifferent performance, not being very welcoming on check-in, and equally not enquiring if everything was satisfactory on check-out, not exactly rude, but a distinct lack of warmth. Guests also felt that the check-in time is set very late. .
negative:
Booking Woes
Guests who wanted to book an additional night, after their first night were unable to do so, being sent in circles by a recorded system that did not allow them to make contact with a live person, thus the hotel missed out on a further booking. .
