Many guests mentioned that their room was a lot bigger than they were expecting. The bathrooms came in for particular praise for being very generously proportioned. Guests certainly enjoyed the luxury of all that extra space.
It was undoubtedly the hotel’s staff that most impressed guests during their stay. It was rare to read a review that didn’t compliment them in some way. The general feeling seemed to be that the staff were friendly and helpful, but very unobtrusive, allowing guests all the space they needed
Guests were clearly impressed with the dining options at the hotel. While it was the breakfast that garnered the most praise, with guests saying it was varied and delicious, there were also compliments for venues that served the other meals, with guests enjoying both the atmosphere and the food.
A number of guests were very disappointed that they could often not find a sun bed on the rooftop deck when looking to catch a few rays. They seemed to feel that there were not enough beds taking into account the number of guests the hotel accommodates.
