About The Mountain Road Resort

Situated in the heart of the mountains, The Mountain Road Resort combines lodge-style comforts with modern boutique amenities. Guests are minutes away from the outdoor activities and attractions of historic Stowe. Rooms overlook Spruce Peak and include lounge areas, mini-fridges, coffeemakers, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Deluxe rooms add minibars, private terraces, and kitchenettes, and some feature fireplaces. Guests can enjoy a tennis court, hot tub, sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, massage services, and one of the country’s largest non-museum collections of American art. Bicycles are provided for riding on the local bike path. The hotel is pet-friendly as well. A continental breakfast is served each morning at 8 AM, and visitors can relax with a drink in the Lobby Bar in the afternoon and evening. The Mountain Road Resort is less than one mile from attractions like Stowe Golf Park, the Swimming Hole, the Vermont Ski Museum, and Shaw’s General Store.
