About The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra

The Oberoi Amarvilas is a luxury 5-star hotel in Agra, located just 600 m from the Taj Mahal. All the rooms, suites, bar, lobby and lounge overlook the Taj Mahal. The hotel itself is built in a blend of Moroccan and Mughal styles. Oberoi Amarvilas is a multi-award winning hotel whose accolades include the 2nd best hotel in Asia as voted by readers of Conde Nast Traveler in 2008. Rooms are graded 'Premier' or 'Premier with Balcony' and suites are Deluxe, Luxury and the top Kohinoor suite. All have flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player, broadband access, telephone, mini-bar, walk-in wardrobe, room safe, luxury toiletries and butler support. In line with government legislation most of the hotel is now non-smoking and a limited number of smoking rooms are available. Two restaurants offer Indian & international dishes and the bar and lounge both serve drinks and snacks and offer Taj views. Room service meals are available 24 hours a day. The spa offers a wide range of treatments and a pool and gym are available as well as yoga classes. Two meeting rooms and a ballroom are available for meetings or parties.
