Guests loved the strategic location of the hotel as it was in the middle of Legian Street. Most of the places of interest like Tuban Beach, Kuta beach and Seminyak square are at a walking distance from the hotel. Many shops, minimarts, massage centers, local eateries and even a Starbucks coffee joint are located close by. The nightlife in the surrounding areas is also very lively.
The sky pool or the rooftop pool is perfect for a good swim and a session of sun bathing. There are sky pool parties organized thrice a week, which are a hit amongst the younger crowd. Another pool on the ground floor is available for guests who wish to swim in the shade. Both the pools are clean and well-maintained.
Most of the guests loved the food served at the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast buffet also has a good spread. Service is quick minus long waiting periods. Courteous and prompt staff members were an added bonus to the hotel.
Many guests were disturbed by the high noise levels in the hotel. The paper thin walls did not help at all in cutting off the noise. Guests staying in the rooms near the pool party had a tough time sleeping at night.
Most of the guests felt that the bathrooms were very tiny and cramped up. Hand basin and toilet were so close that it was difficult to even turn around inside the bathroom.
Few guests found the beds to be very hard making it very difficult for them to sleep. Moreover, it gave a backache to some of the guests.
