The hotel is within easy walking distance of a choice of restaurants and shopping areas including Jantar Mantar, the Palika Bazar and Connaught Place which are less than 15-minutes away. A bus stop with several bus lines is across the street and the Rajiv Gandhi railway station as well as the Airport Express can be reached within 20-minutes' walk.
The rooms have been described as clean and well presented as well as beautifully decorated. Housekeeping services the rooms daily and guests felt pampered with the complimentary welcome basket provided which includes a variety of teas, fresh fruit and fruit basket and bottled water
Many guests recommended the hotels' buffet breakfast to start the day. Guests commented that a variety of freshly prepared dishes are provided to suit many tastes
Many guests felt that the accommodation was expensive for what was offered, reporting that the hotel is in need of refurbishment. Both the furniture and decor were found to be old and dated and in some cases, furniture and fixtures were reportedly broken.
Guests reported that the hotel can be loud especially on Fridays and weekends. The hotel hosts a night club and the music as well the patrons can be noisy late into the night.
The customer service seems to be unreliable with many guests complaining that the staff were often slow to respond to requests, at times unresponsive, and generally behaved in an unprofessional manner.
