The hotel is located within Melbourne's free tram zone and a tram stop offering several tram lines is just a few minutes' walk away. The attractions and many bars and eateries in Melbourne's CBD are easily accessible either on foot or by public transport. Federation Square, the Queen Victoria Market as well as the Arts Centre Melbourne and the National Gallery of Victoria can be reached within 30-minutes.
Guests found both the studio rooms and apartments to be clean, well presented and furnished with modern furnishings. For those who wish to self cater, a fully equipped kitchen is available and you can also enjoy views of the city from the private balcony. Additionally, the hotel offers a well equipped gym as well as an indoor swimming pool for your enjoyment.
Guests commented that the customer service is exceptional and described the front desk staff as friendly, professional and accommodating.
Some of the rooms were found to be small in size with guests commenting that they were too small and inadequately furnished to comfortably accommodate two adults.
While secure on-site parking is provided, you're advised to check the rates as guests have commented on the high prices. Some guests also reported that parking larger vehicles can be difficult in the space provided.
While rooms with beautiful views of the city and Yarra River are offered, guests complained that not all the rooms included a view. Booking mistakes have also been known to happen where guests have booked a room with a view but did not receive this.
