Staff are dedicated to keeping the grounds and amenities in great condition, and well maintained during guest use. They are always sprucing up the property, and ready to assist with whatever you need. The rooms are also worked on when needed and requested, and everyone is pleasant to deal with.
Rooms are a nice extension of the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and reflect the overall sentiment of a luxury stay at reasonable prices. There's a nice mix of onsite activities that staff are happy to coordinate, so you can indulge in leisurely pursuits without going far.
The Suites at Fall Creek are especially appealing to families and couples looking for a fun-filled getaway. It's a convenient location for getting to and from town, exploring local sites of interest, and getting groceries or checking out the restaurant scene.
Be prepared to hear other's conversations outside your door or through the floorboards and walls. Insulation is thin and poor, so all sounds come through, from doors and cabinets closing, to clanging appliances, to water use. Ear plugs are recommended.
The suites are available for time shares, so be prepared for pushy sales pitches and consistent reminders about presentations and info seminars. If you're just there for a one time vacation, you may have to remind staff to not bother you about this.
There are times when the rooms need stronger attention. Dirt and dust piles may be noticed, as well as spider webs and bug sightings. The décor and furnishings could use a makeover.
