Can also accommodate a couple. \r\nWe just want someone quiet.\r\n\r\nIt is a very calm and relaxing space.\r\nIt is a studio with a frig, microwave, coffee maker, Dish Satellite and internet.\r\nHas Central Air Conditioning and ceiling fans.\r\nSheets,towels, beach towels, beach chairs all included.\r\nAnd the surfboards pictured will not be there.\r\nAnd welcome to use BBQ and washer and dryer.\r\n\r\nWe love our life in Rincon.\r\nOur home is brand new so everything is squeaky clean!\r\nWe live upstairs and have 2 dogs but they are chill.....\r\nAnd so are we. \r\n\r\nIt\'s a good idea to rent a car and there is parking.\r\nThere are great restaurants and so much to do. \r\nObviously surfing but yoga, spin class, beach work outs, sailing, fishing, kite sailing, parasailing , SUP boarding and snorkeling and more.
