This hotel is set in a wonderfully historic building that oozes charm and class. And once you open the doors you'll see that inside is up to date and full of all the mod cons you'd expect from a hotel today.

No matter what the time of day is the staff at this hotel will go out of their way to ensure that you are made to feel welcome on arrival. They will bend over backwards to help you and are very friendly too. They even have some great tips for newcomers to the area.

Wooden floors greet you as you walk into your room, and guests have said that this only adds to that old world feeling the hotel evokes. But you'll still find all the comforts of home right there in the room with a big bed, a desk, and, of course, the large bathroom.

Sure the staff are super nice but the management of this hotel needs to send them off for a bit of extra training. They are very pleasant but aren't always too sure of how to do their jobs right. The rooms aren't always cleaned properly, and some maintenance issues went unresolved.

The hotel is renovated from top to bottom, but there are quite a few areas where you can see that the job wasn't very well done. Sloppy painting and floors that weren't laid properly are just some of the quirks guests noticed during their stays.

The housekeeping staff need to up their game at this hotel where guests have complained of dirty sheets and floors. This is not what you expect from a Hilton hotel.
