The rooms have been described as being on the large side with quite a few guests stating that they had ample space to move around as well as to stow away all their belongings. All of the en-suites feature a fully-equipped kitchenette which allowed guests

The on-site dining room was said to be too small with only a limited amount of tables and chairs available which meant that guests often had to have their meal whilst standing up as they had nowhere to sit.
There are no blackout curtains in the rooms and due to the long hours of daylight guest said that they found it difficult to sleep as too much light was coming in through the windows.
Guests were disappointed to find that there were only a few places available in front of the hotel where they could park for free whilst many had to pay for parking at the lot across the road.
