This hotel is in a superb spot. It's just a short walk from the train station and Century City Walk is just down the street. You'll find so much to do there and a lot of places to eat and drink. The train station nearby is ideal for getting into the city.
The complimentary Wi-Fi and free parking are a real bonus for many guests that expect these to be paid amenities. The parking is especially surprising as this is a busy area with all the entertainment and dining in the neighbourhood.
The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and have impressed many guests with their attitudes. They'll help you out in any way they can and are quite good at handling complaints and are particularly nice to families with children.
You can hear every movement the person in the room next to you a makes throughout the night. The place has paper thin walls so you can expect to hear snoring and doors opening and closing all night. Earplugs would be advisable.
The rooms don't seem to be the same ones that are in the photos online as many guests are a little disappointed when they arrive. They say that the housekeeping staff need to up their game and report the many minor issues such as blocked toilets and rickety furniture before allowing a guest use the room.
