This hotel is near the John Hancock Tower as well as Water Tower Place which is great if you want to explore the American Girl Store. You're also within walking distance to the lakefront and Oak Street Beach. Other Chicago attractions within walking distance include Navy Pier, Millennium Park, and the Art Institute.
Staff at this hotel are helpful and always provide good, professional service. Guests say the concierge service is excellent at providing assistance in booking tours and tickets.
Some rooms provide excellent views of the city. Be sure to request one of these upon arrival.
Wi-Fi is quite expensive and guests say the connection and strentgh is spotty at best.
Onsite parking is very expensive. It may be worth it to try and find a parking garage nearby where you can find a cheaper rate.
