Being located in the center guests had access to many of the best attractions in Vienna. Many of the places were also easily accessible by foot. The hotel is also located to many great restaurants and to public transportation.
There are amazing views of the city from the associated Café Bloom across the street. Guests loved going to the roof top bar and having a drink while overlooking Vienna from the city centre.
You will not be disappointed by the speed of the Wi-Fi here. Guests loved the strength and quality of the Wi-FI in the hotel as most guests found the speed to be very fast.
You might not get the best service at this hotel. Guests felt that the cleaning and service staff at the hotel did not do a great job and wanted to see improvements in customer service and cleanliness.
You might not want drive to this hotel as it is difficult to find parking. Guests were disappointed that the hotel did not offer a car park for guests. Guests who drove to the hotel had a difficult time finding parking nearby.
There is not much to do in this hotel. Due to the hotel's size guests were disappointed at the number of amenities. For example the hotel did not offer and kind of fitness centre and the breakfast was only available at the associated café across the street.
