This hotel is very understaffed especially during busy times and this shows in the demeanor of staff members, many of whom are unfriendly and unable to accommodate even simple requests. Guests reported that there are long waits to be checked in, staff are hard to located when needed, there are mix-ups with bookings, issues go unresolved and when problems occur, no apologies or refunds are offered.
