Guests found the rooms to be clean and the in-room amenities in working condition. Wi-Fi was decent. The Jacuzzi was also a great hit. The bathroom was fairly clean with plenty of hot water and enough pressure in the shower. Guests felt that, for the price, the property is decent.
The great budget hotel is not very far from the Ontario Airport and close to Joshua Tree National Park.
Guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Check-in and Check-out was easy and quick. The receptionist offered excellent customer service.
Many guests were of the opinion that the property looked old and had a dingy feel and smell. There was trash around in the complex. The pool needed to be cleaned on a daily basis.
Guests could not get sound sleep as the hotel is close to the highway and there is a lot of traffic sound. The morning light comes in through the curtains. Guests have recommended ear plugs, sleep shades and sound proofing of the windows. The air conditioners sometimes behaved erratic. The TVs in the rooms were old and unclear. Guests noticed that there was smell of smoke in non-smoking rooms. The pillows also smelled of smoke. In some rooms the furniture was dirty and there were sticky stains and splatters on the walls. The ceilings in the bathrooms were moist and full of mold. All rooms need a paint job.
Guests were not impressed with the breakfast room, which was small and got crowded easily.
