The hotel is also close to the Seattle Center and Key Arena with each being less than five minutes away on foot. The rooms at the hotel are equipped with in-room safes, cable TV, coffee makers, blackout curtains, and complimentary toiletries. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Travelodge Seattle By The Space Needle has a gym and an outdoor pool with adjacent sun deck for guests to use. There is also a business center on-site while complimentary newspapers are available in the lobby. Valet laundry and dry cleaning services are offered for an additional charge. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet at the hotel. Pike’s Place Market is a five-minute drive from the property and the Seattle Waterfront can be reached in 20 minutes on foot.

If you're going to Seattle and want to see the Space Needle, the hotel could not be in a better location. Guests say the property is in a very central area and it could not be any easy to get to the Space Needle and nearby Seattle Center. The Seattle Monorail also stops at the Seattle Center and can take you to other parts of downtown.
While it may be easy to find the Space Needle, you might have a little trouble navigating the other areas of the city. Visitors say the staff is able to assist you in getting to anywhere else you want to go and are very knowledgeable in general with directions and recommendations.
Before a day of sightseeing, you can enjoy the hotel's complimentary breakfast buffet that has eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal and other choices. Guests note that the breakfast is pretty good all things considered although space in the breakfast room can be a bit cramped.
Guests say it is clear to see that the hotel is old and in need of some repairs. Visitors point out areas like the bathrooms and windows that seem ancient and need some care to restore them to their former glory.
...But in reality the Wi-Fi can be brutally slow and is nothing more than just a signal according to guests who add getting simple webpages to load was an issue at times during the stay.
Visitors state the price of parking at the hotel seemed to be on the pricy side. There are a few city lots nearby the hotel but prices at these do vary and might not be a better bargin.
