    Wonderful pool area.

    Guests could really get into vacation mode at the swimming pool. The pool area and BBQ was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather, which was one of guests' favourite things about their stay.

    Close to everything.

    This guesthouse boasts a very walk-friendly location, and many guests could attest to the close proximity of everything from the supermarket to nightlife and restaurants. With the convenient covered parking, it was easy to leave the car and discover the neighbourhood on foot.

    Guests were pleased with the condition of accommodation, which included appliances in working order and a thorough cleaning done prior to their arrival. A bonus was that units were big enough for large groups, without everyone tripping over each other and their luggage.

    Air-conditioning could fall short.

    During the height of summer, you might find yourself sweatier than you would like. Air-conditioning units didn't always do a proper job of cooling down units, especially in one bedroom apartments where only the bedroom had air-conditioning. Guests didn't like that common areas were often stuffy, requiring them to run the air-conditioning non-stop.

    Where's the Wi-Fi?

    Wi-Fi was noticeably missing for many guests, and if you have visions of downloading your favourite TV show or getting some work done, you could be disappointed. It's reportedly difficult for this guesthouse to receive Wi-Fi service, and in the meantime, a number of guests will be keeping their fingers crossed that this changes soon.

    Stairs could be a problem.

    Some unfortunate guests were forced to take the stairs. If you have a medical condition or simply dislike hauling luggage around, ask for a room on the ground floor.
