Our funky hostel TripOn Open House has a relaxed vibe. It is located in the best and safest area of San Jose, Costa Rica, in San Pedro, just 50 meters away from where the current Costa Rican president lives. Over 40 restaurants, 3 supermarkets, a mall, yoga schools and many banks are only a few minutes away. Downtown San Jose is within walking distance and the ride to Juan Santamaria International Airport only takes 30 minutes. We offer a cheap shuttle service from and to the airport. Of course we can be reached by bus as well. TripOn Open House's wonderful (free!) breakfast includes: Several kinds of fresh fruits, like melon, banana, papaya, mango; Cereals and oatmeal; Milk and yogurt; Pancake mix to prepare a pancake according to your own taste; White and wheat bread; Cheese, ham, jelly; Coffee and tea; Fresh Water.
