The resort hotel has five swimming pools, one of which is a water park with slides (aqua pool). Kids loved spending most of their time in the aqua pool. Adults loved lazing around in the quieter bigger pools. The animation team did a good job of entertaining the guests with some activity or the other like water polo and aqua aerobics.
The hotel resort has four onsite restaurants that serve delicious cuisines from across the globe. Breakfast is served at Palm restaurant, which has live cooking stations, Mexican restaurant served Mexican food, Little Buddha and Sushi Bar serves Asian food and sushi. Food is delicious and is prepared using the best of the ingredients.
Rooms were clean and well-maintained. It has all the required amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. All the staff members were very cooperative and ever ready to lend a helping hand.
Most of the guests were disappointed with the snail-paced Wi-Fi connection. It kept disconnecting again and again making difficult to stay connected for a long time.
Few guests had a bad sleep because of the high noise levels coming from other rooms and the club close by. They felt that having proper timings for the club would be helpful.
The bathroom drains and sinks were clogged with hair, which was not a very good sight especially immediately after entering the room. Moreover, there were ants and other small insects crawling all over the room.
