There will always be a cosy sun bed with towels ready for you. The children's pool area is amazing. The kids hate leaving the hotel due to the cute pirate ship, and slides that look like water creatures such as a squid and frog. This hotel is highly recommended to families during summer vacation.
Even the picky guests have been satisfied by the food. The flavours mix well in your mouth, and always make your taste buds joyful. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the supply is always replenished. In addition, the ambience of the restaurants is very refreshing.

A few of the employees assigned at the reception area treated some guests a bit coldly. Check-in was done in a breeze, but they did not even smile. However, the manager, housekeepers, and servers are polite and friendly.
It is a bit odd for a hotel like this to ask for deposit for remote controls and safety deposit boxes. Other hotels with the same stars offer these for free.
Some of the guests say that the sofa beds are not that comfortable to use. However, the staff is always ready to provide you with extra comforters upon request.
