This family-run hotel is right at the shore of Lake Klopein, Carinthia's warmest swimming lake, about 25 km away from Klagenfurt and 2.5 km from the nearest golf course. Golf- und Strandhotel Sonne offers spacious and bright rooms and apartments. Most have a balcony and offer panoramic lake views. The restaurant serves regional and international cuisine. The lakeside terrace of Golf- und Strandhotel Sonne is one of the most beautiful terraces in Carinthia. There is also a lounge with a hotel bar. LAN access is free of charge in public areas. A pool and sauna zone, as well as a range of massages and beauty treatments, is available in the neighbouring hotel. After a visit to the lakeside sauna, you can cool off in Lake Klopein's crystal-clear water. 3 piers and a big lawn are available for sunbathing.
