The location of Vail Cascade Resort & Spa was said to make guests' mountain holidays a breeze, since it was located right at the bottom of one of Vail Mountain's lifts, allowing ski-in, ski-out access. On top of this, people were happy to find that they could deal with rentals on site, as well as make use of a ski concierge and ski storage.
Those who stayed here said that the views from the pools were absolutely lovely, overlooking a mountain stream, while other offerings like the gym and the local shuttles were also appreciated. Furthermore, this resort's rooms were said to be of a good size, and comfortable to boot, and the massage services on offer were also popular.
Guests mentioned that they were happy with the service provided by the staff here; finding the team to be accommodating, friendly and full of local knowledge for anyone needing this. On top of this, the food in the on-site restaurant was thought to be very tasty — if perhaps a little expensive — and the bar was considered a nice spot to relax in.
The lodgings at Vail Cascade Resort & Spa were occasionally mentioned as looking a bit dated, however, it seems that renovations were taking place at the time of writing, so that it should be completely renovated by the start of the 2016/2017 winter season.
