About Hotel Vall de Bas

This lovingly restored Catalan farmhouse dates back to 1757, and is set in a beautiful natural location near the Garrotxa Volcanic Reserve. Just 4 km outside of Olot, in northern Catalonia, the Vall de Bas occupies the ancient farmhouse of Can Trona. This traditional Catalan Masia has been carefully restored to maintain its charming original features whilst providing all the facilities of a modern hotel. These include an outdoor swimming pool, bar and internet corner. Within this peaceful hotel you will also find places to enjoy a quiet moment, including the library and gardens. Surrounded by the green fields and charming villages of the Vall den Bas, this is the ideal location for a tranquil countryside getaway.
