Negative Reviews
negative:
Not much to do
The hotel is located in a quiet part of town where there is little in the way of night life and entertainment. Some guests found this rather boring, and thought that the hotel is more suitable for honeymoon couples or couples celebrating anniversaries and so on.
negative:
Occasionally understaffed
Some guests experienced mix-ups with regard to
airport pickups and also thought that other issues were not being addressed by
staff who appeared to be too busy and shorthanded.
negative:
Low value for money
Several guests felt that the prices charged by
the hotel were too high considering the kind of amenities and the level of
service offered. The rooms tend to be variable and do not offer much of a view.
Some parts of the hotel appear to be a little run down and in need of updating,
said guests.
