Some guests reported that even though their reservation to stay at Vetro was made weeks and even months earlier, upon arrival, they were told their booking could not be found and another one had to be made.
Although the Wi-Fi service is supposed to be available all over the hotel and is free, guests reported that the service either didn't work at all or was very slow and disconnected frequently.
