Negative Reviews
negative:
Spotty Wi-Fi connectivity.
The complimentary Wi-Fi provided by the villa was reported by guests to be rather slow and unreliable at times. For the price paid, travellers would have liked a faster internet connection instead of the limited connectivity that is common in New Zealand.
negative:
Villa features a lot of stairs.
Access to the villas require climbing a number of stairs which visitors said can be a problem with luggage, particularly for the units that are located higher up. People with mobility issues might have problems or may want to request a villa on the lower levels.
negative:
Remote location requires a car.
Although guests liked the remote location, many noted that it will require a car in order to get around to Queenstown and the other nearby attractions. Others added that the on-site parking can be tight for larger vehicles.
