About Villa Margherita

Villa Margherita is an Art Nouveau dwelling built in 1906, now owned by the Campodonico family, and completely renewed in 2006. Small, standard, superior rooms and suites with private gardens are available. All rooms are equipped with bathroom with shower, Smart TV, air conditioning, private parking, safe and “Handy”, a new mobile phone system to communicate with the reception, browse Internet and make free calls.illa Margherita has a small park consisting of three large gardens arranged on three different terraces. Each garden area has sunbeds,chairs and tables so you can relax end enjoying the wonderful landscaping. Breakfast is included with your stay at Villa Margherita and may be taken in our breakfast room or outside in the garden. The gardens look nicely on the city of Levanto and its sea. From the gardens you look out over the town of Levanto to the sea beyond. We are open all year.
