Villa Sv. Petar

The St. Peter villa is situated inside the historic nucleus of Trogir, the city rich in cultural heritage, protected by UNESCO since 1997; it is situated next to the church of St. Peter, in the street which owes its name to one of the most famous sculptures from Renaissance times, i.e., Ivan Duknovich. The house was built in the 14th century, and its historical value, as well as the one of the area it is situated in, forced the owner to start its reconstruction, and has achieved in giving it its antique look: a family house has become a five accommodating units villa. The interior redesign follows systematically its antique look by using the traditional materials which, being combined with the modern technology, are ideal for a perfect holiday of a modern man. All cameras are furnished in the combination of stone walls, mahogany floor, oak tree beds, hand made wardrobes, details of wrought iron, paintings of eminent painters, and the latest technology (LCD satellite TV, air conditioning in each room, free WiFi…). The windows have the church of St. Peter view from the southern part and one of the oldest houses built by Nicolo of Florence view from the northern part.
