Complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, ice making fridge and all accessories you may need. The condo has a concierge, pools, gym with classes, parking assigned a beautiful spa with two saunas, games room and a very cool environment to give you a sensation of being at a resort but in Downtown Miami. \r\nThe apartment has sheets and towels to use in the unit. Recommend bringing beach towels.\r\nThere is internet, cable and two TVs, nearby you will find many restaurants, shops, a mall and a park for walking and enjoying the sightseeing. \r\n\r\nThe apartment is very quiet as it is facing West (opposite side from the noise of the street). \r\nThere are blackout shades in both rooms to allow you to have a great night of sleep.
