Guests found the rooms to be bright and spacious, as there was enough room for their luggage and to walk around without bumping into each other. There was also balconies or patios with nice views of the gardens or volcano. The showers were big and the areas clean.
Most guests found the staff members to be friendly people who were there for their guests when they needed it. They recommended places to tour of the area. The housekeeping was nice and the reception knew their job well.
The common areas were found to be nice by most guests, who enjoyed the spa area and the outdoor pools for children and adults. The garden was nicely kept as well and the hot springs were a nice experience within the hotel.
The spa hotel is not located in a central area but rather outside of a busy hub. For some guests, taking a taxi to and from the hotel was a bit too much at times and they would have preferred a busier area.
There were a lot of bugs in the rooms for some guests who found them in the dining areas and bathrooms. The bugs could get a bit annoying trying to avoid them.
