The interior design of this hotel will most definitely impress you if you are in to contemporary trendy architecture. The furniture looks like they've been chosen out of the latest catalogs and the facilities are well fitted. W Atlanta-Downtown like to stay current in their ideas and spaces, clearly visible in this hotel.
Some guests feel as though they paid too much for the size of the room they were offered. Although this is a four star hotel, guests would have liked to see more space being provided for their moneys worth.
For a hotel of this caliber, it is strange to see paid Wi-Fi in the private rooms. Guests feel that this is an unnecessary charge that the hotel should do away with. Almost everyone needs Wi-Fi to stay connected so this can become a big problem for some.
There have been several complaints about the exorbitant parking prices. Guests do not want to pay so much for parking as this facility should be free in most peoples opinions.
