The motel is located in the outskirts of Melbourne city. Thus the area around is not too crowded or constantly busy. Guests said that it is a peaceful place to stay with all the conveniences within nearby distance. There are restaurants, shopping areas and cafes located within walking distance from the property.
The motel offers accommodations at a very reasonable price, making it the perfect choice for guests on a budget holiday. Guests said that the stay at the motel was cost-effective as the amenities available for the price paid were totally worth it.
Staff working at the hotel was friendly and cordial. They were always polite while conversing with the guests and assisted them with the smallest thing. The tour desk staff made good suggestions to the guests about places of interest to look around in the vicinity. Guests said that they were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff.
Rooms in the motel were dated and musty. There was a stuffy smell in the rooms, which was very suffocating. Sheets as well as carpets were shabby. Guests said that the entire property required complete remodelling.
Beds in the rooms were very hard and uncomfortable. Guests said that they had a really tough time getting peaceful sleep, as the beds were either too hard, broken or lumpy.
The en suite bathrooms were in an unclean condition. Among others, issues such as flooded bathrooms, leaking faucets, mouldy tiles, stained sinks and lack of toiletries have been reported by guests.
