The hotel is very convenient to transportation. The ferry dock is a short walk or taxi-ride away where you can find ferry service to Tortola, St. John, St. Croix, and Water Island. This property is also convenient to the airport which is under 10-minutes away by car.
Guests enjoy the courtyard bar and outdoor eating area and say the restaurant food is consistently good.
There are many duty-free shops and stores within walking distance of the hotel. Guests say there are also plenty of restaurant choices in the area along the waterfront.
From dirty bathrooms to musty linens, guests say the hotel could use a deep cleaning and some TLC. Guests report issues with soiled carpets, broken fitness equipment, stained linens, insects and more.
