    Unpleasant Smell in the Rooms

    Many guests were unhappy with the unpleasant damp and mildew smell that permeated in the room. The rooms were hot and smelled swampy and musty most of the times due to humidity.

    Broken lamp shades and bath tub with cigarettes thrown in it, stuck up windows, hallway outside the room was dirty , wet carpet are some of the minor issues highlighted by guests. Though the room facilities are adequate, décor and furniture is a bit tired and hotel interiors need an upgradation. A face lift is highly appreciated.
