Even though the hotel is close to the motorway, its neighbourhood is described as a quiet part of Tuscaloosa.

Guests are pleased with the level of cleanliness they find in their rooms. Also, they report that the beds and bedding are comfortable and allow a good night's sleep.

The wooden flooring featured in some of the rooms isn't to the liking of everyone. The main issue concerns the noise they make when walked upon, either by guests in their own room or by guests in adjoining rooms.
