Extremely Personable Staff
Guests usually felt that the staff members were genuinely warm and friendly, willing to do whatever was necessary to make stays memorable as long as a request was within their power to carry out. Some guests even reported that staff members could recall their first names.
There's a Shuttle to Disneyland
If your trip is specifically for Disneyland, you'll appreciate that there's a complimentary shuttle that runs regularly and usually keeps going until the park has closed for the day. Many guests found this service extremely convenient, especially if they wanted to avoid driving to the attraction.
You Must Pay a Resort Fee
There's a mandatory fee built into each night of your stay, and many guests weren't thrilled at having to pay it. This practice is common at many of the area's resorts, but some guests complained the hotel's amenities did not justify the extra fee.
Some Rooms Need Attention
Guests occasionally found that there were characteristics of their room that were broken or excessively worn. This sometimes caused poor impressions or meant guests needed to request maintenance. However, guests usually weren't so bothered that they were upset about choosing to stay at this property.
The Walls Are Very Thin
This property could benefit from some better soundproofing measures. Guests reported that they were able to hear conversations coming from the other side of walls in their rooms. This sometimes meant guests felt the accommodations weren't very private.
