Staff will move heaven and earth to ensure that your requirements are met and if you have any special requests, these are followed through to all relevant departments. Everyone here is on your side!

Rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. The catering staff are great, too. Dangerously low levels of dining and waiting staff put undue pressure on those employed in the restaurant areas. Somehow, they cope valiantly-but they should have more support.

The airport is only a couple of minutes away, which is great. The shuttle is free and there's a mini priced 'breakfast special' which is excellent value. Linger longer though to enjoy white water rafting, mountain biking, the Idaho Steelheads, Boise's Burn and Hawks ... and lots of activities.

There's no elevator, or staff who are willing to help; so it falls to the arriving guest to carry luggage upstairs to the room! Not the best of starts. Another potential bone of contention is the 'free' parking. Blink and they'll try to charge you!

The car park and grounds around the hotel are not well maintained; if at all! The employment of an outdoor cleaner for a few hours per week could only serve to encourage a better impression for the arriving guest.

You feel guilty when interrupting reception staff's personal 'chitter chatter' with legitimate, hotel paying guest queries! These might cover deficiencies such as: poor water pressure for the shower, poor quality bed linen, lack of TV channels, inadequate room cleaning and real parking problems. They'll draw breath eventually so bide your time + then jump in!
