Children are kept busy and constantly entertained with the kids clubs and the staff who run the clubs have been praised by parents. There is also a babysitting service offered where staff will come to your room and stay there when you go out for the evening.
Staff are always very helpful and friendly and will go the extra mile to ensure that you have a pleasurable stay. There are impressive little touches such as wishing, and singing, happy birthday to guests and also impressive was giving a guest a complimentary bottle of wine due after a mistake has been made. Many members of staff are mentioned in reviews for their warm and personal service.
The hotel has some great facilities which have been enjoyed, especially the spa and the gym. The resort’s golf courses are top class and you can hire bikes at the hotel to ride around the resort.
Although the quality of the food is really good, there isn’t enough choice and there are no alternatives on the bar menu. It has been reported that there aren’t any vegetarian options either and the menu doesn’t represent good value for money.
The beds are too hard and you may struggle to enjoy a good night’s sleep, although others have mentioned that they were happy with the beds and found them to be comfortable.
It has been reported in some reviews that there is a problem with ants with guests discovering them throughout their suite.
