About Xclusive Casa

The Ascot Hotel Apartment (formerly Kirkless Apartment) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates offers self catering accommodation within walking distance of the Burjuman Shopping Mall, the Meena Bazaar and Bur Dubai Creek. Dubai International airport is a 10 minute drive. The 77 air conditioned apartments have an en-suite bathroom, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchenettes, coffee and tea making facilities, room safe, television with satellite TV channels, DVD and CD player. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the hotel for an additional charge. There is a fully equipped gymnasium and the spa area has an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The cafe on the ground floor offers breakfast, lunch and dinner from its international cuisine.
