Il Palmento Hotel Relais is a 5 stars Hotel situated in the countryside of Apulia, surrounded by the Itria’s Valley nature, olive oil trees, vineyards and Trulli Houses. The Hotel is composed of 24 Trulli, 12 Classic Trullo and 12 Historical Trullo. Every room is equipped with all the comforts for the Guests and make them live the true experience of falling asleep in these typical houses, wake up in a luxuriant nature, tasting breakfast with fresh cakes, fruit juices at the Restaurant room, breathing the pure and clean air far away the stress of the big metropolitan areas. The Relais offers the Guests the possibility to feel total relax at the swimming-pool (1 for the adults and 1 for the baby guests) drinking cocktails, drinks and eating fresh delicious light lunch at the main break and snack area, just beside the pool-bar. The Restaurant is open at night with a menu a la carte for the most discerning palates tasting a large variety of first local white, red and rosé wines.
