Parking and Wi-Fi access is always complimentary, but a free continental breakfast is offered seasonally. All rooms are air conditioned and feature a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, flat screen TV and a CD player. Inlet Tower and Suites features a fitness room, business center, guest laundry area and 24-hour reception. For added convenience, the hotel offers a complimentary roundtrip 24-hour airport shuttle. Onsite, guests will find a trendy gastropub, PubHouse, serving American favorites made from fresh local ingredients, with an excellent selection of beers on tap. Alternatively, Café 501 is also a great spot for light meals. Delaney Park Strip is four blocks from the hotel, and Westchester Lagoon is a 14-minute walk. Anchorage Museum is four minutes by car, and Chugach State Park is 20 minutes away.

Most guests found the staff at Inlet Tower and Suites as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If you run into any problems, they will try resolve it in an efficient manner. If you need suggestions on where to go or how to get there, don't hesitate to ask, as the staff is very knowledgeable about the area.
Overall, guests were pleased with their accommodations, and the many complimentary perks included, like Wi-Fi and parking. A complimentary continental breakfast is offered as well, but only seasonally. However, paid breakfast options always exist. The airport shuttle is available 24-hours and will even pick you up from the airport. Guests said they were always very quick to respond.
Guests enjoyed the hotel's city central location. You can walk to the downtown shopping and dining destinations, including the Delaney Park Strip. Many sightseeing spots are only a short drive away. In addition, guests recommend getting the higher-floor rooms, as the hotel's location yields to beautiful views.
Though some rooms have already been renovated, others are still outdated. Guests say the carpets need a deep cleaning or replacement, fixtures need updating, and the decor should be renewed. In addition, some of the outlets were found to be out of order.
Several guests had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. The signal can be weak and hard to connect to at times. When connected, the internet speed was pretty slow and difficult to use comfortably.
Housekeeping is not always detail-oriented. Several guests reported their rooms being not well-cleaned and daily items were not always refilled. Upon check-in, a couple guests also discovered left-over items from previous guests.
