The rooms come with a cozy bed, an in-room refrigerator with a great view of Pittsburgh. Guests were pleasantly surprised to find a yoga mat in their rooms. Guests liked that there was complimentary tea and coffee at the upper lobby.
The Wi-Fi is provided for free if you’re part of a rewards program. If you’re not a member, then be prepared to pay a fee for using Wi-Fi. Some guests were peeved by this saying that the hotel should try to get with the times and provide the service for free.
Watch out for the valet parking fees as the sum shocked many of the guests. Several guests complained about how the hotel did not mention that there are other parking options which would’ve helped them save some money.
This is a more pricey hotel, so expect to pay accordingly. Guests noted that they were floored by some of the prices such as a cup of tea, the hotel meals, parking rates and fees that some found too excessive.
