Little touches go a long way

A generously stocked minibar, with high end products, coffee in the lobby in the morning and lemonade in the afternoon, were just some of the touches that guests appreciated. Furry guests are welcomed and are also well catered for with individual accessories.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Terrible beds!
Some guests mentioned that the beds could do with updating citing sagging and lumpy mattresses as contributing to a bad nights sleep. Whilst the lackluster state of the mattresses feature in comments, this did not detract from their overall positive stay at the hotel.
negative:
Parking is expensive
The convenience provided by this centrally located hotel and its allocated parking can not be underestimated, as to park in a central business district is often pricey. Many guests reported that they were shocked at the additional expense of parking at the hotel, a cost it seems they did not account for.
negative:
A few maintainence quibbles
Visitors to the hotel reported minor maintenance issues including incidents involving air-conditioning, cleanliness of bathrooms, cleanliness of sheets and linens and dirty carpets. Guests also mentioned that the friendly hotel staff were only too happy to immediately remedy their complaints to make their stay more comfortable.
