Again and again guests expressed their amazement that the food at an all inclusive resort could be so good. Not only was it described as tasty and very well presented, but many also commented that they didn't experience the queues and frayed nerves you sometimes get at all-inclusive buffets.
While not directly on the beach, it is only two minutes' walk away. While guest love being close to any beach, the beach near the Klelia was regarded as especially lovely, with actual golden sand and an interesting outlook.
A number of guests comment that the hotel is quite close to the airport, and getting a taxi to and from is both quick and very cheap.
Well, guests are not certain they are strays, but it was mentioned many times that there are lots of dogs and cats running about in the neighbourhood. While most did not find them threatening, it did make some wonder about the neighbourhood.

This was a sore point for a couple of guests. They describe booking a sea view room, but on check-in receiving a room with no sea view. It is a little unclear, but some claim that it is not that they were simply allocated another room, but that the rooms described as sea view rooms have no such views.
