Guests felt that they received good value for the money they spent at the hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The beach and surroundings are breathtaking and you get the added benefit of having the ocean view right outside your window.
The hotel's employees are very patient and friendly. They are very competent and excel at their duties. Guests are treated to a great welcome and the check-in and check-out processes are handled in a speedy and efficient manner. The hotel's employees are ever present and are always eager to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The onsite restaurants are very good. The dishes served are diverse and quite plentiful and those that run out are quickly replenished with a fresh batch from the respective kitchens. The wait staff members are very courteous and professional as they hasten to assist you.
A few guests complained about the lack of proper sound insulation in the rooms. Noise carried easily from room to room and light sleepers were easily disturbed by loud television sets and footsteps echoing in the hallways.
Though the wireless internet strength is generally strong in the hotel, a few guests were disappointed to find that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in their rooms.
A few guests thought that the pool had a very limited capacity. This was a bit of a problem especially during peak seasons when the hotel is fully booked as the pool and the area gets crowded with too much activity.
