The hotel uses electronic key cards for guests to access their room. Guests have had issues as these cards keep on getting deactivated and in certain instances key card could access more than the assigned room which led to confusions and disturbances among guests.

This property has Wi-Fi as one of their paid services. This doesn’t fulfil some of the guests’ expectation as they expected it to be complimentary. Having said that, Wi-Fi here works at good speed without any dropout in the connection.
