Hotel Turismo de Abrantes, located in the center of the city and with a privileged view of Tagus Valley, opened in 1954 under the signature of one of the most "modern, comfortable and well located in the country." After a profound remodelling, which has given the unit a high level of refinement and comfort, with services directed to Corporate and Leisure segments, it was reopened in May 2017 with a new identity: Luna Hotel Turismo de Abrantes. The landscape stretches all over the hotel, in the lodgings, in the public areas, so that in no time you miss the sunrise in the intense light of a full moon night. Under the concept of Hotel Boutique, Luna Hotel Turismo de Abrantes will combine the classic concept with modern technologies and comfort, where good Portuguese gastronomy joins a very visible international influence throughout the menu. The boutique hotel will consist of 44 rooms, including suites, double rooms and singles rooms and equipped with a variety of facilities, including a restaurant with a panoramic view of the Tagus River, a banquet and events room and a modern conference room.
