Guests were very complimentary about the hotel's courtyard and the lobby stating that they were elegantly presented and pleasant places to spend their free time. The outdoor salt water pool was also said to be clean with plenty of new and comfortable loungers for relaxing and sun-bathing. .
The hotel is only a short walk away from the popular tourist attractions which the guests found very convenient as they could head out on foot without having to worry about driving or getting public transport. Many were also pleased to find lots of restaurant and cafes in close vicinity to the hotel.
Guests were pleased to find plenty of places on the hotel's premises where they could relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Many enjoyed sitting out on their balconies with their morning coffee or enjoying a few drinks and socializing on the hotel's courtyard. Those who were keen to catch the rays chose to spend their leisure time relaxing on the poolside loungers. .
Some of the guests mentioned that they found their bathrooms to be quite small and cramped. The poor layout of the bathrooms meant that guests had very little space to move around in between the shower and the toilet. .
Valet parking is the only option available to guests at the hotel much to the objection of some of the guests who found the service rather slow and quite costly. .
The hotel is a popular venue for wedding receptions and some areas such as the courtyard and the bar become off-limits for the guests who are staying at the hotel. .
