Modern hotel with fancy amenities

Guests enjoyed the basic amenities such as refrigerators, microwaves and satellite TV, but the automatic window blinds and electronic toilets received the most attention and praise. Butler service and a daily refill on complimentary bottled water, fresh flowers and fruits added to the feeling of being pampered in a luxury hotel.


Professional service

Guests reported that they received a friendly welcome from the front-desk staff and that the bell boys were particularly helpful and efficient. Check-in was handled quickly, luggage was taken to the rooms before guests even entered them, and they also hailed a taxi without guests having to wait.

Noise might be an issue

The hotel is located along a main business road, so traffic is high day and night, which guests staying in rooms facing the street found to be quite bothersome. Some guests also noted that there was a gap between the door and floor, carrying any noise occurring in the hallway into the room.


Some signs of aging

While the hotel overall appears to be quite modern, a few guests found evidence of wear and tear in their rooms, such as noisy air-conditioning units in need of maintenance, chipped cupboards and peeling wallpaper.
